Panthera Pardus

The most awesome and graceful of cats, the leopard is one of my favourite animals. Living in South Africa for some forty years, for the first 30 years I had never seen a leopard in the wild. Then on a trip to Eagle’s nest in Botswana, we saw at least two different leopard on every game drive over four days.

So I decided to do a small bronze of a male leopard sleeping on a dead leadwood tree.
